We love our gin and vodka, but whisky is - and always will be - our pride and joy. Having started distilling and aging our whisky in 2021, we have been patiently waiting for it to age, eagerly awaiting our quarterly tastings where we assess each barrel on its progress.

With over 40 barrels, our range varies between American and French Oak, Ex-Bourbon, Ex-gin, Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Casks.

Limited in number, this special release is the first of our whisky releases. A Scotch-style single malt,

Strong butterscotch on the front, with a lingering vanilla and macadamia finish

Hints of delicate dark fruits attributable to the muscat sherry barrel

Thick mouth feel reminiscent of honey liqueur
