Diverging from a common approach to similar gins, our Shiraz Gin distinguishes itself by infusing both locally sourced shiraz, and locally sourced tawny, directly into a modified version of our Signature Dry Gin. This process imparts a dry and rich character, showcasing a nuanced flavour profile that mirrors the excellence of Coppertop Distillery’s iconic wine-making neighbours.
