Heavily focused on the namesake botanical, we use a simplified suite of botanicals that give this gin a well-rounded palate, complimentary to the lemon myrtle under the spotlight. Expect a strong citrus aroma, with a strong lemon flavour and lemon myrtle’s signature delicate menthol finish. There really is beauty in simplicity!
